Most of the meals are quick and easy to prepare. However, I believe families enjoy a fancy meal at least once a week so I have included those too. Generally, each meal is balanced with a protein, vegetable and starch so you can be sure that your family gets a healthy, nutritious meal every time. Each meal serves 4-6 people and each grocery list is based on a $150 budget, which has worked well for my family.
